The building is located on the edge of the forest near the shore. There 15 rooms for 29 guests in the building, including two enhanced comfort rooms (four-room suites having Italian furniture); one suite with a kitchen, fireplace and a work-room; one single room, eight double rooms (two-room) and three double rooms (three-room). Almost each room has a set of furniture, a dining room, an enclosed balcony. There are kitchens in some of the rooms.
